Shivaye Gulati

Shivaye Gulati is a Consultant with the Boston Consulting Group and is part of the Social Impact practice. Since joining BCG in 2018, he has extensively worked with public as well as private sector clients on the topics of Education, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).

Shivaye has also led DEI initiatives within BCG and has been a part of the CEO Ambassador team, where he was responsible for building the people strategy for BCG globally.

Shivaye holds a Bachelor's in Commerce degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.
