Global DEI Alliance (GDEIA) is led by industry stalwarts in the capacity of the Advisory Board. The Advisory Board provides non-binding strategic advice to the Secretariat to complement and reinforce its vision of driving ‘Change’. The Advisory Board brings with them in-depth understanding of DEI nuances, skilful business management, and diversity of experience in human leadership honed by years of captaining successful global businesses. In addition, the Board encourages an environment where critical thinking, ideation, and problem-solving conversations around DEI thrive.
